Asparagus - Vermeulens

1lb Bunch of Asparagus!

Storage: Stand asparagus up in a glass or jar with about an inch or two of water, making sure all the ends are sitting in the water. You can slice the ends off the asparagus and re-submerge to extend shelf life using this method. Loosely cover the asparagus with a plastic bag and store in the refrigerator.
